How are orders fulfilled?

For paintings they are packed and shipped directly by me. For printed items I use either Printify or Printful (depending on the item) for on demand printing.

Why don’t you print your own items?

There are several reasons why I use the print-on-demand option. First and foremost is space; I don’t currently have the space to set up my own print shop nor to store already printed products. Another is time: life can be very crazy/busy and I wouldn’t want something that happens in my life to delay you getting what you paid for. By using an on demand service I can cut down on the possibility of delays.

How does payment work? Do I pay you or do I pay them?

All payments get sent to me first and then I pay the costs to have your item made. All transactions are finalized at the end of each business day but may take a couple business days to complete processing.

What payment methods can I use?

I accept all major credit/debit cards (processing is through Square) and paypal. You can also use GPay for instant check out with your Google wallet.

What is “My Account” and why should I make one?

Your account lets you save shipping, billing and payment information to make shopping easier in the future.

Do I have to make an account to buy from you?

Nope, you do have the option to check out as a guest.

What is the store newsletter for?

The newsletter is a way for you to get updates every time a painting is put up for sale or a new print item is added. It will also include coupons for new items or special events.

How will my information be used?

You information will only be used for the transactions you place. I do not sell information to anyone. If you sign up for the newsletter you will be giving me permission to send subscription based emails as well but you always have the option to cancel.

There is I painting I like but it’s not available, why?

That painting may have been sold or is not available yet. You can sign up for the newsletter to get notified when it is available. If a painting does sell I also offer poster options for most. Also, if there is a painting you like but would want it as a notebook or other print item you can email me to request the item option be added.
